Chemical Peels in Temecula
PROFESSIONAL CHEMICAL PEELS CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR SKIN, CONCERNS AND GOALS
Chemical peels are one of the most effective professional treatments for improving the appearance of acne, pigmentation, sun damage, uneven skin tone, rough texture and signs of aging.
At Flirt Beauty Bar in Temecula, I don't believe in choosing a peel simply because it's the strongest option. Your skin is assessed first so I can determine the appropriate treatment, strength and preparation for your individual needs.
Whether you're looking to brighten dull skin, improve post-acne marks, smooth uneven texture or address signs of aging, we'll choose the approach that's right for your skin.

CUSTOM CHEMICAL PEELS
THE RIGHT PEEL FOR YOUR SKIN
Not every chemical peel is right for every person — and stronger doesn't necessarily mean better.
Before recommending a peel, I'll consider your skin condition, sensitivity, current skincare routine, previous treatments and goals.
Depending on what your skin needs, your treatment may involve a superficial peel, corrective peel, BioRePeel or another professional resurfacing treatment.
For certain peels, proper skin preparation and aftercare are an important part of the treatment process. Preparing the skin beforehand can help support the skin barrier and create a better foundation for your peel.
WHAT IS A CHEMICAL PEEL?
Chemical peels are professional exfoliation treatments that improve skin by accelerating cellular turnover and removing damaged outer layers. When performed correctly and customized to your skin, chemical peels can dramatically improve acne, pigmentation, texture irregularities, fine lines, and overall skin clarity.
At Flirt Beauty Bar in Temecula, chemical peels are selected based on your skin’s condition, tolerance, and goals to ensure safe, effective, and results-driven outcomes.
WHAT CAN A CHEMICAL PEEL HELP WITH?
CHEMICAL PEELS CAN BE CUSTOMIZED TO ADDRESS A VARIETY OF SKIN CONCERNS INCLUDING:
Acne & Congestion
Professional peels can help exfoliate the skin and address congestion, clogged pores and certain acne concerns.
Pigmentation & Dark Spots
Peels can help improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation and post-acne discoloration.
Melasma & Uneven Skin Tone
Certain peels may be appropriate for clients dealing with pigmentation concerns such as melasma. Treatment should be carefully selected based on your skin and sensitivity.
Fine Lines & Aging Skin
Exfoliation and increased cellular turnover can help improve the appearance of fine lines and create smoother, brighter-looking skin.
Uneven Texture
Chemical peels can help refine the appearance of rough, dull or uneven skin.
Sun Damage & Dullness
Professional exfoliation can help reveal fresher-looking skin and improve the appearance of sun-damaged, dull complexions.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A CHEMICAL PEEL
YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL DEPEND ON THE TYPE AND STRENGTH OF THE PEEL YOU RECEIVE.
YOU MAY EXPERIENCE:
-
Mild redness or warmth immediately after treatment
-
Tightness or dryness
-
Flaking or visible peeling with certain peels
-
Temporary sensitivity
-
Gradual improvement in tone and texture
Some superficial peels have little to no visible peeling, while more corrective treatments may involve more noticeable shedding and downtime.
I'll provide detailed aftercare instructions and let you know what to expect based on the specific peel you've received.

AN ADVANCED KOREAN APPROACH TO SKIN RENEWAL
The KRX Green Sea Peel is an advanced, non-acid resurfacing treatment from Korea that uses naturally derived marine spicules to stimulate the skin and support cellular renewal.
Often referred to as “liquid microneedling,” this treatment creates a controlled stimulation of the skin and is designed to address concerns such as uneven texture, congestion, pigmentation and overall skin clarity.

Because the Green Sea Peel is a more advanced treatment, it is not available for online booking. A consultation is required before your first treatment so I can assess your skin, discuss your goals and determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you.
YOUR SKIN COMES FIRST
The right preparation and aftercare are an important part of an advanced peel treatment. If I feel your skin needs to be prepared before the Green Sea Peel, I'll recommend the appropriate steps before we move forward.

Chemical Peels for Melasma
A SLOW & CONSISTENT APPROACH TO PIGMENTATION
Melasma can be one of the most stubborn skin concerns to treat — and when it comes to pigmentation, more aggressive isn't always better.
My approach to melasma is intentionally gradual. Rather than trying to aggressively remove pigment with strong treatments, I focus on supporting the skin, maintaining a healthy barrier and using consistent treatments and professional skincare over time.
The goal is to improve the appearance of pigmentation without unnecessarily irritating the skin, because irritation can make pigmentation more difficult to manage.
RESULTS TAKE TIME
Melasma isn't something that typically changes overnight. Meaningful improvement comes from consistency — the right professional treatments, appropriate home care, sun protection and patience.
Your treatment plan may include carefully selected chemical peels along with professional skincare designed to support your skin between treatments. I'll adjust the approach based on how your skin responds rather than simply increasing the intensity.
MELASMA TREATMENT: BEFORE & AFTER
This client received two chemical peel treatments spaced one month apart.
The before-and-after shows noticeable improvement in the appearance of pigmentation, along with improvements in overall tone, texture, fine lines, radiance and hydration.
These results are a great example of why I believe in a consistent, skin-first approach. You don't necessarily need an aggressive treatment to see meaningful change — sometimes the best results come from giving your skin the right treatment, at the right pace, and allowing improvement to happen over time.
Individual results vary. Results depend on skin condition, treatment selection, home care, sun protection and consistency.

Chemical Peel Consultation
NOT SURE WHICH CHEMICAL PEEL IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
You don't need to know which peel to book before you walk through the door.
During your complimentary consultation, I'll assess your skin, talk through your concerns and goals, review your current skincare routine and determine which treatment approach makes the most sense for you.
If your skin needs preparation before a corrective peel, we'll address that first. The goal is not to rush into the strongest treatment — it's to create the right foundation for healthy, beautiful results.
Chemical Peel FAQ's
Are chemical peels good for acne?
Certain chemical peels can be a great option for acne-prone skin. They can help exfoliate the skin, improve congestion and support a clearer-looking complexion. The appropriate peel depends on your type of acne, skin condition and sensitivity.
Can chemical peels help with hyperpigmentation?
Yes. Chemical peels can help improve the appearance of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), dark spots and uneven skin tone by encouraging skin renewal and exfoliating pigmented surface cells. The type of peel and treatment plan will depend on the cause and depth of the pigmentation.
Can chemical peels help with melasma?
Certain professional peels may be appropriate for clients with melasma, but pigmentation requires a careful approach. Melasma can be easily aggravated by irritation, so I'll evaluate your skin and recommend an appropriate treatment and home-care plan rather than automatically choosing a stronger peel.
How much does a chemical peel cost in Temecula?
Chemical peel pricing at Flirt Beauty Bar varies depending on the treatment. Current options range from $125 for the Signature Peel to $215 for BioRePeel, while advanced corrective peels start at $185+. Some treatments require a consultation before booking.
How much downtime does a chemical peel have?
Downtime depends on the type and strength of the peel. Some superficial peels have little to no downtime, while more corrective treatments may cause redness, dryness or visible peeling for several days. I'll explain what to expect with your specific treatment and provide personalized aftercare instructions.
Will my skin peel after a chemical peel?
Not necessarily. Visible peeling is not required for a chemical peel to be effective. Some treatments may cause little to no visible peeling, while others can result in dryness or more noticeable flaking. Your experience will depend on the peel selected and how your skin responds.
How many chemical peels will I need?
Not necessarily. Visible peeling is not required for a chemical peel to be effective. Some treatments may cause little to no visible peeling, while others can result in dryness or more noticeable flaking. Your experience will depend on the peel selected and how your skin responds.
What should I do before a chemical peel?
Proper preparation can be an important part of your treatment. Before your peel, I'll let you know which skincare products or treatments should be paused and whether your skin needs additional preparation. Not every peel should be performed on unprepared skin, particularly when we're addressing more corrective concerns.
What should I do after a chemical peel?
Aftercare depends on the peel you receive, but generally includes keeping your skin hydrated, avoiding unnecessary irritation and protecting your skin from sun exposure. I'll provide specific instructions based on your treatment and let you know when you can resume your normal skincare routine.
Can I get a chemical peel if I have sensitive skin?
Possibly. Having sensitive skin doesn't automatically mean you can't have a chemical peel, but the treatment needs to be carefully selected. I'll consider your skin's sensitivity, current condition, skincare routine and treatment goals before deciding which peel, if any, is appropriate.
Which chemical peel is best for my skin?
There isn't one chemical peel that's best for everyone. The right peel depends on your skin, your concerns and what your skin can tolerate. During your consultation, I'll assess your skin and recommend the treatment that makes the most sense for you — whether that's a gentle Refresh Peel, an Advanced Corrective Peel, BioRePeel or another option.
