Returns
Due to the nature of professional skincare products, all skincare sales are final. For the safety of our clients, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. I'll gladly work with you to replace the damaged or incorrect item.
Unopened Products
If you purchased a product directly from Flirt Beauty Bar (not through a third-party supplier) and wish to return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
